Danfoss is looking for a professional who will be responsible for setting up or upgrading the existing MES for new products which release in Haiyan factory. This role will ensure Manufacturing Execution System alignment with global supply chain, implement in CN Supply Chain.

Roles and Responsibilities
?Handling production system change complying with product change
?Focus on MES new technology And Ensure coordination with Global development
?Keeping continuous improvement on FPY and productivity coordinate with value stream
?Implement and comply with the relevant TS16949 process within Haiyan technology center
?Establish team competence to meet the requirement of function, coach and support team to achieve the target of supply chain
Education and Experience
?Bachelor Degree major in manufacturing /IT technology with minimum 4 years of Engineering work experience with Manufacturing Technology combined with Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
?Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
?Ability to actively participate and facilitate group meetings
?Ability to lead team members toward common objectives while fostering team spirit
?Strong presentation skills required
?PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
?Familiar with SAP ME & TS 16949 are preferred
