工作內容：產品開發a)獨立開發電纜經驗，如高溫電纜或者氟塑料電纜b)保證開發產品的質量及性能c)按計劃完成產品開發,保證產品按時上市d)與BU部門探討研發方向,并根據標準制訂產品標準e)制訂產品的性能測試指標,保證產品質量f)完成機械部件的設計繪圖g)確保公司產品遵循安全及相關標準技術支持1)維持公司技術出于行業領先2)協助改進產品,保證產品的高質量3)負責產品技術文件的發行及批準4)為BU提供先進的技術信息并提供必要支持5)支持內部的產品評審及檢測6)以技術身份,參與供應商評審及選擇7)解決與技術相關質量問題,如客訴,產線質量反饋8)為產線提供必要的技術支持具有良好的交流及技術能力其他部門領導安排的工作任職資格：本科及以上學歷，電氣或機電專業畢業者優先有8年以上電纜相關產品開發經驗熟悉IEC60079及對應國標等防爆標準具體內容，了解防爆認證取證流程，可以熟練使用了解防爆認證取證流程，熟練掌握國內外防爆標準熟練使用Solidwork和CAD英語讀寫流利沒有電纜研發工作經驗勿投
