Job Responsibilities: 1，Take ownership of driving design wins in assigned Key Accounts. 2，Develop a deep understanding of assigned customer's R&D organization, fostering strong relationships with key R&D, test, and technical teams to capitalize on design-in opportunities.3，Organize and conduct customer visits, delivering technical product presentations, demonstrations, and deploying value propositions effectively.4，Proactively monitor and support the customer project design process from inception to design win, ensuring regular updates on project progress and timely response to project changes and customer requests.5，F(xiàn)oster strong relationships with sales and marketing team members and customers to support sales team ****ives effectively.6，Analyze customer and competitive insights to enhance product definition and roadmaps.7，Project-manage design-in campaigns for assigned customers, ensuring early involvement in the customer’s technology roadmap and timely information flow to all relevant parties within the business groups and customer base.8，****uate sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, establishing Power Integrations' value proposition and competitive positioning.9，Assess the value of our products compared to competitors and quantify the technical benefits of choosing Power Integrations.10，Oversee the block diagram process to ensure the broader technical team understands full system requirements.11，Independently address most customer technical issues and conduct preliminary analyses of complex technical issues, collaborating with Application Engineers for further solutions.12，Analyze customer's technical ****ives using relevant data gathering techniques, enabling the sales team to be more predictive, effective, and responsive to customer needs.Requirements:1，Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering2，Minimum of three years of practical experience in AC-DC, with expertise in various topologies such as flyback, buck, buck-boost, PFC, and LLC within the power electronics sector.3，Minimum of five years' experience in HW design engineering, system engineering, and field application engineering.4，Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively engage with relevant stakeholders.5，Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.6，F(xiàn)luency in written English and Mandarin is mandatory.7，Willingness to travel frequently is expected as part of the role.
