關(guān)鍵職責(zé)：

1.熟悉汽車(chē)構(gòu)造原理，了解燃機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行原理及相關(guān)參數(shù)指標(biāo)；

2.按時(shí)參加班組的安全活動(dòng)和安全培訓(xùn)，學(xué)習(xí)安全操作知識(shí)，嚴(yán)格遵守安全工作規(guī)程和安全技術(shù)措施；

3.交接班前、后進(jìn)行安全檢查及各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)核實(shí)；

4.認(rèn)真填寫(xiě)各項(xiàng)記錄，保證數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤；

5.定期巡檢以確保機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常；

6.及時(shí)匯報(bào)異常情況，嚴(yán)格按照兩票執(zhí)行相關(guān)操作；

7.按照要求對(duì)機(jī)組進(jìn)行日常的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和檢修；

8.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)；

任職資格：

1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，電氣自動(dòng)化、工控、機(jī)電一體化、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、汽車(chē)檢測(cè)與維修等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有相關(guān)上崗資證優(yōu)先；

2.有一年以上電氣、機(jī)械相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3.工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，吃苦耐勞，能服從調(diào)配；

晉升方向：電廠管理方向：運(yùn)行員---運(yùn)行儲(chǔ)備干部---運(yùn)行主任---（副）廠長(zhǎng)---生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)

技術(shù)方向：技術(shù)員---初級(jí)工程師---中級(jí)工程師---高級(jí)工程師
