INDUSTRY SECTOR
1.Semiconductor Industry: Traditionally, semiconductor companies controlled the entire production process, from design to manufacture. Yet many chip makers are now delegating more and more production to others in the industry. Foundry companies, whose sole business is manufacturing, have recently come to the fore, providing attractive outsourcing options. In addition to foundries, the ranks of increasingly specialized designers and chip testers are starting to swell. Chip companies are emerging leaner and more efficient. Chip production now resembles a gourmet restaurant kitchen, where chefs line up to add just the right spice to the mix. The semiconductor industry is made up of four main product categories, Memory, Microprocessors, Commodity Integrated Circuit, and Complex SOC (System on Chip).
2.Flat Panel Display Industry: Flat panel displays use LCD and/or LED technologies. Most LCD screens are back-lit to make them easier to read or view in bright environments. Flat-panel displays are thin and lightweight and provide better linearity and they are capable of higher resolution than typical consumer-grade TVs from earlier eras. The highest resolution for consumer-grade CRT TVs was 1080i in contrast, many flat screens can display 4K resolution. As of 2016, some devices that use flat screens, such as tablet computers, smartphones and less, commonly, laptops, use touchscreens, a feature that enables users to onscreen icons or trigger s by touching the screen. Many touchscreen-enabled devices can display a virtual keyboard on the screen, to enable the user to type words or numbers.
POSITION SUMMARY
The position is required to manage project and analyze the client’s requirements to develop business flow and design documentation base on IBM MES (SiView) solution. Also, you need to present the business flow of manufacturing in MES solution to client to gain their ation, and translate the design documentation to Technical Consultant for their implementation of coding, testing, or fixing bugs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution of semiconductor, youll need to:
1.carry out research and requirements collection to understand the manufacturing process flow, semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
2.conduct analysis of manufacturing business and process flow, semiconductor industry is preferred
3.interview the clients employees, management team and other stakeholders
4.run focus groups and facilitate workshops
5.prepare business proposals and presentations based on IBM MES solution, IBM SiView is preferred
6.identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
7.present findings and recommendations to clients
8.implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
9.manage projects and programs
10.lead and manage those within the team, including analysts
11.liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1.5to 10 years related experience with Computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution, IBM SiView solution is preferred.
2.Basic Understanding of the manufacturing in LCD, PCD, and/or semiconductor including different areas/subsystems, such as equipment automation system, transportation automation system, statistical process control system, prevention maintenance system, recipe management system, and alarm management system.
3.Good written and verbal communication skills
4.Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic, Industrial Engineering degree from recognized university
5.Ability to understand and communicate information between IT technical and non-IT technical parties.
6.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7.Ability to meet tight deadlines with changing priorities and requirements.
8.Willingness to travel as needed.
9.Fully bilingual and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10.5 to 10 years’ experience in C/C++ coding in the platform of UNIX and good understanding of DB2 database experience, such SQL, ded SQL, performance tuning, etc.
