This is a senior software testing position that is responsible for the software test design and execution under the supervision of the Software Test Lead.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Participate as a senior member of the software testing team.
- Participate in developing software verification plan and test strategy according to technical specifications.
- Responsible for the optimal employment of various testing categories including functional, performance, load, volume, security, reliability testing.
- Responsible for test case and test creation and maintenance.
- Participate and guide junior team members in test design and test execution.
- Participate in reviewing test results and generating test reports.
- Follow quality process of the R&D center and industry best practices in software verification.

EDUCATION
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering & related fields
Experience
Around 15 Years in software testing

SPECIFIC SKILLS (core competencies, key specialties, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
1.Strong knowledge in software testing, including test methodology, test case design, writing test plan and report
2.Strong knowledge in requirement analysis.
3.Knowledge with Agile process
4.Knowledge with Oracle and SQL language
5.Knowledge and experience in healthcare area, e.g. IHE, DICOM or HL7 is preferred
6.Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technology
7.Excellent problem-solving skill
8.Strong organizational, communication and risk management skill
9.Knowledge of performance, load or reliability testing is definite plus.
