NATURE & SCOPE

Lead and monitor GL daily operation and closing cycle. Train and develop the team. Support line manager and BPM in continued improvement in RTR processes and procedures.

Direct report to: ASPAC SSC Manager

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

RTR Operation

Perform and monitor various GL tasks with intermediate to expert accounting technical knowledge and exercise sensible business judgment in supporting RTR daily operation and closing tasks.
Monitor GL closing activities, including but not limited to accrual and provision booking, asset booking, reporting packages, Balance Sheet reconciliation, statutory reporting, etc.
Ensure all the GL activities are in timely an accurate manner.
Maintain good document filing for easy retrieving and auditing.
Responsible for internal and external audit, and taxation related activities.
Coordinate with migration team to successfully take in the migration RTR work, and ensure migrated activities in a standard and consistent manner.
People management

Train and develop the team.

Mentor them in career planning, sets goals and measures performance.

Coordinates the activities of a team with responsibility for results

Process management

Support line manager and BPM in continued improvement in RTR processes and procedures.

Above 3 years working experience in accounting, mainly focusing on GL function

At least 1 year supervisory or team management experience

Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)

Languages:

English is the working language in Agfa

Good communication skills in English, excellent in written and fluent in speaking

IT-knowledge:

SAP experience is required

Proficient PC skills, especially in EXCEL, Word & PowerPoint
