招聘專員 Recruiter

工作職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)要求完成金融IT職位的招聘；
2、獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)崗位需求分析、通過(guò)各個(gè)渠道進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)歷甄選、電話溝通、面試安排及offer談判；
3、完成公司招聘數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表和系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)；
4、負(fù)責(zé)公司招聘渠道的維護(hù)及招聘流程優(yōu)化。

崗位要求：
1、良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力；
2、流暢的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
3、有親和力，積極向上，有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力；
4、有軟件外包、外派招聘、獵頭等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
5、有過(guò)Core Java、C++、Integrator、QA等IT類崗位的招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。


Position: Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
1．Select appropriate sourcing channels to get right candidates
2．Screen CVs
3．Conduct telephone interview and face to face interview
4．Assess candidates with all kinds of methods including structure interview, STAR and assessment tools if necessary
5．Feedback and communication with Project Manager, candidates and other related party;
6．Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
7．Support on other tasks of recruiting team;

Requirements:
1．Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Computer Science is the plus;
2．At least 1 year experience in recruiting process, multi-national company experience in IT industry or headhunter preferred;
3．Reliable, outgoing, proactive, result-oriented. Can work under high pressure
