1. Set up project plan, identify all activities and make Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) according to each new project requirement, and update the project plan regularly.

2. Set up project investment budget and monitor project cost at each milestone.

3. Monitor project status/actions like trial run, pre-series run, lead project team to solve all technical issues, quality issues, capacity issues etc in project stage, organize regular project meeting to secure projects running as planned

4. Set up regular communications with customer, like conference
call/regular meeting/reporting using status report etc to secure
good relationship with customer and closely contact

5. Follow up all changes from customer using ECN in project Meeting/project stage.

6. Organize milestone meeting, prepare milestone report, measure key performance indicators, etc

7. Any other jobs assigned by manager
