電話(huà)銷(xiāo)售主管崗位職責(zé)1、帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成績(jī)效目標(biāo)。2、監(jiān)督銷(xiāo)售及服務(wù)(例如:售后客戶(hù)投訴處理、發(fā)貨跟進(jìn))指標(biāo),確保目標(biāo)達(dá)成。3、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)的內(nèi)外部溝通,確保運(yùn)營(yíng)順暢及客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意。4、與客戶(hù)保持良好關(guān)系,了解客戶(hù)需求,并提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品選擇及解決方案。5、為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供必要的技術(shù)支持和培訓(xùn),幫助他們提升銷(xiāo)售技巧和產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。6、與產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、客戶(hù)服務(wù)等部門(mén)協(xié)作,確保銷(xiāo)售工作與公司目標(biāo)一致,提升客戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。7、負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)聽(tīng)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)電話(huà),并提供反饋,以提升銷(xiāo)售技能和客戶(hù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,確保銷(xiāo)售流程高效執(zhí)行。 任職要求1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,工商管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。2、了解自動(dòng)化行業(yè)和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),熟練掌握銷(xiāo)售方法及策略,具備良好的銷(xiāo)售達(dá)成經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3、至少 2 年電話(huà)銷(xiāo)售或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。4、具備SAP、CRM系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有HubSpot 或類(lèi)似營(yíng)銷(xiāo)自動(dòng)化工具的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。5、有較強(qiáng)的組織管理、溝通協(xié)調(diào)、時(shí)間管理能力。6、具備良好的問(wèn)題解決及應(yīng)變能力。7、英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上,擁有良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力。Telesales SupervisorResponsibilities:1.
