職責(zé)Dutie1、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品（UPS、DVR、BMS、儲(chǔ)能）硬件、電氣設(shè)計(jì)，并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目階段輸出相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資料文檔；解決項(xiàng)目過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。Responsible for the hardware and electrical design of products (UPS, DVR, BMS, energy storage), and delivering relevant design documentation according to project phases addressing key technical challenges during the project process.2、完成項(xiàng)目和產(chǎn)品的硬件全流程工作（包括硬件方案規(guī)劃、方案實(shí)施、器件選型、電路設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試、測試、文檔輸出、技術(shù)支持等）。Execute full-cycle hardware development for projects and products, (including:Hardware architecture planning & implementation Component ****ion & circuit design Prototyping, debugging & validation testingTechnical documentation & production support.3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化、降本設(shè)計(jì)；Lead product optimization and cost-reduction design initiatives.4、產(chǎn)品樣品、試產(chǎn)、量產(chǎn)問題分析與解決。Analyze and resolve issues during prototyping, trial production, and mass production.5、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品及其衍生品的優(yōu)化、維護(hù)工作。Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of company products and their derivatives.教育背景要求 Education & **** required1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。Bachelor's degree or above.2、電力電子、電氣工程、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)。Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation and related majors.3、本科畢業(yè)2年以上相關(guān)硬件開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，碩士畢業(yè)1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；(應(yīng)屆生，需有一定競賽或?qū)嵙?xí)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；) 。More than 2 of relevant hardware development and design work experience for graduates with bachelor's degree and more than 1 year of relevant work experience for graduates with master's degree (Fresh need to have certain competition or internship practice experience).4、熟悉電力電子領(lǐng)域理論知識(shí),具備一定的控制硬件設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備一定的電氣設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉電力電子電路的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理；熟悉研發(fā)產(chǎn)品所對(duì)應(yīng)的行業(yè)、國家及國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（UPS、DVR、BMS、儲(chǔ)能）。Familiar with the theoretical knowledge of power electronics, have certain control hardware design experience, have certain electrical design experience, be familiar with the topology and working principle of power electronic circuits be familiar with the industry, national and international standards corresponding to the R&D products (UPS, DVR BMS, Energy Storage).注：薪資面議。Note:Salary is negotiable.
