崗位職責：1、負者公司產品質量信息反饋的統(tǒng)計分析工作，召集各部門相關人員進行問題分析，出具改善對策，并跟蹤實施；2、研發(fā)階段的質量介入，協(xié)助輸出機臺的各項工藝文件，如裝配工藝及測試標準；3、分析生產過程中的不良數(shù)據(jù)（如直通率、報廢率），推動工藝優(yōu)化；4、制定零部件的測試指標及方法；協(xié)助研發(fā)樣機測試并出具整機測試報告 崗位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，機械工程、電氣工程、自動化、工業(yè)工程、質量管理等相關專業(yè)；2、有3年及以上品質相關經驗，且對電氣有一定的基礎知識；3、掌握質量工程分析工具和方法并能熟練運用，有較強的數(shù)據(jù)收集、整理、分析能力； 4、有較好的組織、協(xié)調、溝通和文字表達能力。
