崗位職責(zé)：

1.負(fù)責(zé)太陽(yáng)能高效電池PECVD工藝開(kāi)發(fā)，優(yōu)化工藝條件改善鈍化效果，提升轉(zhuǎn)換效率、良率、產(chǎn)能改善；

2.針對(duì)HIT異質(zhì)結(jié)電池，改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有非晶硅/微晶硅工藝，提升設(shè)備工藝穩(wěn)定性完成工藝實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告；

3.負(fù)責(zé)PECVD設(shè)備的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)，根據(jù)工藝需求對(duì)設(shè)備改進(jìn)提供意見(jiàn)和建議；

4.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品薄膜過(guò)程中數(shù)據(jù)收集及異常問(wèn)題分析與解決；

5.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品、新工藝的開(kāi)發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)移，并使之適于量產(chǎn)；

6.制程整合部相應(yīng)體系文件編寫(xiě)；

7.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

崗位要求：

1、具有板式PECVD、管式PECVD鍍膜設(shè)備，有PECVD經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

2、2-5年P(guān)ECVD鍍膜工藝調(diào)試經(jīng)歷，有晶硅太陽(yáng)能電池制造行業(yè)特別是異質(zhì)結(jié)PECVD經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；

3、材料學(xué)、化學(xué)、物理、半導(dǎo)體器件等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷；

4、較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析、解決異常問(wèn)題的能力；

5、熟悉常見(jiàn)材料和器件的表征方法，能獨(dú)立操作各種分析設(shè)備，如橢偏儀，分光光度計(jì)，WCT-120，霍爾測(cè)試儀等；

6、具有良好的分析能力、溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力以及很強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力；
