What are my responsibilities?
1. Organize and perform the new product introduction as well as product changes. Prepare all relative manufacturing documents in advance.
Introduce manufacturing and packaging concept as well as related documentation to production.
組織和執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品介紹以及產(chǎn)品的變化。
提前準(zhǔn)備所有相關(guān)生產(chǎn)文件,介紹生產(chǎn)和包裝的概念以及生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的文檔。
2. Ensure with Development, Industrialization as well as Manufacturing Engineering teams (China and Germany) that all relevant know-how, tools, requirements and specifications regarding production have been provided in time.
確保與發(fā)展、工業(yè)化以及制造工程團(tuán)隊(duì)(中國(guó)和德國(guó))的所有相關(guān)知識(shí),工具,需求和規(guī)范及時(shí)提供給到產(chǎn)線。
3. Provide, archive all related documents for manufacturing to production self responsible.
Replace documents in case of product changes.
(e.g. Create Routing, Device Master Record - DMR, work instructions and deions, Master Data in ERP-System).
提供、歸檔所有相關(guān)文件對(duì)制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)自我負(fù)責(zé)。
替換文件的產(chǎn)品變化。(例如創(chuàng)建工作時(shí)間，設(shè)備主記錄,文檔管理記錄，工作說(shuō)明和描述,在erp系統(tǒng)主數(shù)據(jù))。
4. Check the results of production according given requirements. Detect and prevent processing and manufacturing problems.
Initiate and implement improvements in accordance with senior engineers. In case of "non conformities" suggest, initiate and follow up technical improvements in accordance with Siemens QM-System.
根據(jù)給定要求檢查生產(chǎn)的結(jié)果。檢測(cè)和防止加工和生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題。
按照高級(jí)工程師的建議對(duì)不良品發(fā)起和實(shí)施改進(jìn),按照西門(mén)子品質(zhì)管理體系發(fā)起和跟蹤技術(shù)改進(jìn)。
5. Technical support for manufacturing during the product life cycle time. Align manufacturing processes also with requirements and implementations of test department.
在產(chǎn)品生命周期的時(shí)間內(nèi)對(duì)制造業(yè)技術(shù)支持。使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程與測(cè)試部門(mén)的需求相匹配。
6. Create quality inspection (first sample inspection / regular inspection) for sourcing parts and perform first sample inspection self responsible.
In case of deviations, initiate counter measures in accordance with QM and SPR department.
針對(duì)采購(gòu)零部件創(chuàng)建質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)(首樣檢驗(yàn)/定期檢查)并負(fù)責(zé)完成首樣檢驗(yàn)。
在偏差的情況下,依照品質(zhì)管理和采購(gòu)部門(mén)的要求啟動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
7. Plan maintenance of related equipment and processes. Provide technical support to maintenance team.
針對(duì)相關(guān)設(shè)備和流程制定保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。為維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持。
8. Optimize production machines (e.g. Assembly expert, wave soldering). Improve first pass yield of machines. Technical clarification of issues regarding Product assembling.
優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備(例如組裝,波峰焊接)。提升產(chǎn)品通過(guò)率，澄清產(chǎn)品裝配技術(shù)的問(wèn)題。
9. Support in validation and verification of production processes, including the complete documentation and test plan.
生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的驗(yàn)證和驗(yàn)證的支持,包括完整的文檔和測(cè)試計(jì)劃。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 2-5 years experience in related field (e.g. EMS, Electronic assembly production, PCB - Machines, processes in PCB manufacturing, ..).
2 - 5年以上相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(例如,EMS電子組裝生產(chǎn),PCB,機(jī)器,流程的PCB制造)。
2. Knowledge of Electronic manufacturing machines as well as programing knowledge of Assembly expert (ASM pick and place, Wave Soldering, DEK printing machines, Reflow oven).懂得電子制造設(shè)備以及編程知識(shí)的裝配專(zhuān)家(ASM貼片機(jī)，波峰焊，DEK印刷機(jī)，回流爐）
3. knowledge about production of electronics and complex electronic assemblies including principles of testing. EMS service as well as industrialization for production.掌握生產(chǎn)電子產(chǎn)品和復(fù)雜的電子組件包括測(cè)試原理，EMS服務(wù)以及工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。
4. Knowledge of First Pass Yield, Design for manufacturing, FMEA and Quality standards (e.g. 6sigma principle)掌握設(shè)計(jì)制造、FMEA和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(例如6西格瑪原理)
5. SAP Knowledge on manufacturing engineering and QM related modules (e.g. routing, BOM, Document management, SAP-EDM, Change Management)掌握AP知識(shí)制造工程和QM相關(guān)模塊(如工時(shí)、物料清單、文檔管理、SAP-EDM、變更管理)
6. Knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications required.掌握辦公軟件和Web應(yīng)用程序。
