1.SUMMARY
The Production Engineer is responsible for the development and ongoing update of manufacturing and shipping activities. Also, the production engineer is responsible for dealing with the problems in the producing process. All above will allow Accuray Chengdu to provide products that meet customer needs and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1Production Control 產(chǎn)品控制
?Participate in new product development projects to represent manufacturing requirements and goals.
參與新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃，滿(mǎn)足制造需求和目標(biāo)。

?Interface with R&D personnel to facilitate the transfer of product designs into manufacturing.
與研發(fā)人員接洽，將產(chǎn)品涉及轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)。

?Develop requirements for received materials, in-process product, and final product inspection/test.
對(duì)原材料、中間產(chǎn)品和最終產(chǎn)品的檢測(cè)和測(cè)試提出要求。

?Responsible for the management of product changes (CA’s) to ensure correct implementation.
對(duì)產(chǎn)品工藝進(jìn)行更新以確保正確實(shí)施。

?Assist the development of facility requirements to accommodate production, including workflow, shelving, other storage, and employee workstations.
協(xié)助對(duì)生產(chǎn)廠房進(jìn)行管理，包括生產(chǎn)線，擱板柜架，其他容器和員工工作間。

?Develop packaging and shipping requirements so the product can be transported to the customer without damage.

?Interface and support regulatory affairs as required to maintain production processes and facilities in accordance with FDA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.

?Implementation of special facility controls that may be required, for example ESD, cleanliness, etc.

2.2PROCESS CONTROL 工藝流程控制
?Set Up WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work
編寫(xiě)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作的生產(chǎn)工藝流程和優(yōu)化作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)

?Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization
計(jì)算和提高工藝時(shí)間已達(dá)到生產(chǎn)能力的最大效率

?To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
建議并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵改進(jìn)措施，優(yōu)化勞動(dòng)力配置，降低報(bào)廢率，提高物料利用指數(shù)；

?Identify, develop, and design/procure manufacturing tool and fixture requirements.
根據(jù)需要確定，開(kāi)發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)或采購(gòu)制造工具和夾具

?Assist in uating, ing, and ordering equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
協(xié)助評(píng)估、選擇和訂購(gòu)適合公司生產(chǎn)、更具有成本效率的設(shè)備

?Oversees the installation, modification, acceptance, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
負(fù)責(zé)并督促生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的安裝、驗(yàn)收、改造、升級(jí)和維護(hù)；

?Assist the identification and hiring of assembly personnel required to assemble, test, and distribute the devices in accordance with the relevant assembly and test work instructions and quality system requirements.
按照工藝文件和工作指導(dǎo)書(shū)以及質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)的要求，協(xié)助識(shí)別和招聘能進(jìn)行裝配，檢測(cè)和正確使用設(shè)備裝置的人員；

?Provide training related associates (including shift leader, operator, etc)
針對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝，為生產(chǎn)線員工提供培訓(xùn)（包括班長(zhǎng)，操作員等）；

?Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
利用精益生產(chǎn)原則，不斷持續(xù)改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)；

?Teamwork with production and Quality teams to complete process improvements
與生產(chǎn)部門(mén)和質(zhì)量部門(mén)協(xié)作，完成工藝改進(jìn)；

?Other tasks assigned by superior.

3.1SAFETY AND QUALITY安全與質(zhì)量
?Ensure safety and quality considerations and requirements are pro-actively addressed and implemented in product design and production processes.保證安全與質(zhì)量需求的前提下進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程。
?Address and manage in a timely fashion safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff.及時(shí)回應(yīng)和處理由客戶(hù)或員工提出的安全與質(zhì)量缺陷
?Supports Quality System and Safety and Health Program by following procedures and mentoring others.通過(guò)以身作責(zé)遵從生產(chǎn)規(guī)程來(lái)支持公司質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)和安全健康法規(guī)，并以此來(lái)影響其他員工。
4.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS任職資格
?Bachelor of Science degree, in a production, manufacturing engineering, general engineering field, or equivalent experience.
生產(chǎn)、機(jī)械制造及相關(guān)工程設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科或相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷；

?Five years experience working in, and/or supervising manufacturing or engineering activities.
5年制造，工程設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)工作或管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

?Experience with personal computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet reports, and E mail.
熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)技能，掌握包括WORD,EXCEL和E-MAIL等辦公軟件；

?Good written and verbal communication skills, with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers.
