Job Descriptions:
Active Directory is a directory service implemented by Microsoft for Windows domain networks. As a core component and service, it is implemented in most Windows environments in many companies especially the big corporations. NNIT AD team is in charge of AD/File/Print related tasks for our customers located all over the world.
Job Duties:
1. Managing Domain Controllers and Optimizing Active Directory (AD) replication via sites and services over multiple WAN Links.
2. Provides analysis for Global Active Directory design, migrations and consolidations, ongoing support, and enhancements.
3. Ability to resolves complex technical issues.
4. Maintain standards, roadmaps and guiding principles for our Windows & related infrastructure
5. Trouble shooting and maintenance for Windows file server/Printing server.
6. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and to deliver multiple projects on time.
7. Available for on-call duty/night shift, as necessary.
8. Provide documentation and mentoring to others within your technical specialty.
9. In good health condition.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 3+ years’ experience managing large scale global Active Directory (AD) in a multiple site enterprise environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and strong oral and written communication skills in English.
* Knowledge in scripting technology for example PowerShell, VB script, familiar with Windows commands.
* Experience creating technical documentation.
* Ability to measure and report KPIs.
* Understanding of ITIL Framework.
* The related knowledge of Microsoft technology such as, Certificates/PKI, RADIUS.
* MCITP/MCSE and ITIL certificates preferred.
