Title: Admin Assistant & Reception
Location : Beijing
Job purpose
The role of Admin Assistant & Reception is to work closely with Hitachi Admin Team to keep the admin and reception routine on going.

Responsibilities

1.辦公用品采購：審核、統(tǒng)計辦公用品的品種及數(shù)量，根據(jù)需求制作辦公用品采購計劃，提交上級審批；
2.報銷工作：負責物流公司、辦公文具、名片、國內(nèi)外快件和機票等方面的報銷工作（每月做PO），整理好相關文件后逐級提交領導審批，轉(zhuǎn)財務部門處理；
3.機票酒店預訂：負責HR、Legal、IT、Finance等部門同事的機票、酒店的預訂工作；
4.會議室管理員：查看會議室和培訓教室的預訂情況，及時協(xié)調(diào)安排會議室的預訂；
5.更新表格：各類表格的更新、制作（老板行程 / 中國區(qū)、亞太區(qū)人員名單的更新制作等）；
6.負責公司前臺接待及電話接轉(zhuǎn)；
7.酒店合同：與酒店方面維持聯(lián)系，關注員工反饋，每年審核酒店的合同并提交領導簽署；
8.運輸安排：公司大型存儲機柜、電池、備件等的運輸工作；
9.快遞/工資單/電影票等物品的發(fā)放工作；
10.認真完成領導交辦的其他事務性工作。

Profile & Competencies
1.文秘、行政管理及相關專業(yè)大專或者本科以上學歷；
2.一年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗；
3.熟悉前臺工作流程，熟練使用各種辦公自動化設備；
4.工作熱情積極、細致耐心，具有良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力，性格開朗，相貌端正，待人熱誠；
5.熟練使用相關辦公軟件。
6.良好的英文溝通能力，流利書寫英文郵件
