作為制造部焊裝車間工程師，負責焊裝車間內(nèi)新工藝或者工藝變更的計劃及執(zhí)行。
To be a manufacturing engineer in body shop you will be responsible for planning and implement new or changed processes in your area.
你負責協(xié)調(diào)以下事項：
You will coordinate:
1.提出增加新設備或者更換舊設備的開發(fā)設計需求。此需求的增加需要從不同功能的角度及標準進行考量例如：產(chǎn)能，周期，維修維護，人機工程，安全等。
The requirement specification development for new or change equipment, adding requirement from different functions, and standards, as capability, cycle time, maintenance, ergonomics, safety etc.
2.確認新設備或者更換設備的安裝工藝及流程（供應商，生產(chǎn)，安全，時間表等）
The installation process of the new or changed equipment (supplier, production, safety, timing…etc.)
3.負責根據(jù)生產(chǎn)的各種節(jié)點建立工藝部門的設備節(jié)點。同時，還需要比較衡量橫向部門的各種節(jié)點以保證工藝部門節(jié)點的合理性和可行性，如：物流，生產(chǎn)培訓，維修維護，質(zhì)量取證工作等。
The production readiness for your own ME-area as equipment readiness, build instructions, etc. but also coordinating the parallel organizations readiness for your area, as logistics, production training, maintenance, quality certification etc.

任職資格：
具備汽車行業(yè)焊裝工作經(jīng)驗及背景：制造工程，工藝工程或者維修工程等方面。
You have skills and experience from car industry Body Shop: Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or Maintenance engineering.
具備項目管理經(jīng)驗，同時具有協(xié)調(diào)不同背景和團隊并取得項目預期效果的成功案例。
You have project lead experience and you are used to coordinate and work with people from different background and teams to achieve the expected results.

-具有自動化，機械，電氣控制經(jīng)驗。
Experience in automation. Mechanical, electrical and control.
- 了解機器人控制的基本知識。
Base knowledge of Robot control.
- 了解三維工程的基礎知識。
Base knowledge in Dimensional engineering
- 了解焊接技術(shù)的基礎知識。
Base knowledge in Weld technologies.
- 了解人機工程的基礎知識。
Base knowledge in Ergonomics
- 具備自動化設備安全要求及規(guī)格方面的經(jīng)驗。
