職責(zé)描述：
1.Develop and Adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs
2.Uses insight to suggest alternative paths of action and short term HR solutions
3.Assesses the talent needs of the organization in order to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions. Effectively partners managers to influence them to make the right choices regarding Talent.
4.Engages and communicates with leaders/employees the vision for effective teams and effective change management
5.Understands organization diagnostic tools and uses them to plan and implement a range of organization development interventions and change acceleration programs
6.Coaches and advises business leaders in the optimization of organization and team design techniques to improve performance
7.Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs. Advises the client group the business and performance benefits of learning interventions.
8.Develops an effective employee engagement strategy & delivers it through coaching managers, ensuring a strong understanding of employment law and risk mitigation.
9.Builds managers’ capability in managing performance and reward decisions
10.Leads the delivery of, and the compliance with, HR policies, processes and local employment/labor legislation for all employees
11.Works closely and collaboratively with HRBP team to share best practice.


任職要求：
1.8 years + HR experiences in MNC, more than 5-year experience in organization and talent development is preferred, HRBP experience is preferred.
2.Good strategic thinking and communication skills, able to drive things in a large organization
3.Career driven, has clear goal and passionate on growing with team

蘇州公司于2007年在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)注冊(cè)成立。工廠占地面積約4.6公頃，投資總額4500萬(wàn)美元。主要客戶為通用、福特、馬自達(dá)、神龍、奇瑞、比亞迪、上海汽車(chē)、CMC等。目前蘇州工廠的主要產(chǎn)品有轉(zhuǎn)向柱、轉(zhuǎn)向油管、液壓泵、手動(dòng)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)等。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)于2009年5月在蘇州成立研發(fā)中心，使技術(shù)研發(fā)與制造得到更好的整合。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的亞太區(qū)管理中心位于上海市長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)。
