In this role, you have the opportunity to
This role is responsible to the application training and education to fulfill customer service business.

You are responsible for
?Provide clinical application training to the end users by on line and onsite training;
?Manage the 3rd party resource and meet the company quality requirements
?Provide clinical training to FSEs and service sales internally
?Assess customer training and education needs, support the customer education courses and clinic training course development.
?Collect customer training and education needs, provide solutions according to resources allocable.
?Provide the group training/education on field to fulfill business needs.
?Other tasks assigned by team & company

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
a) Education:
University Bachelor degree or above.
b) Experience:
＞3 years work experience in hospital or company
c) Travel Frequency: 25%- 50%
d) Competency and Skills:
Good presentation and communication skill;
Willing to work under time pressure and work independently;
Self-starter, self-motivated and self-learning capacity;
