職責描述：
Responsibility
1. Apply quality management tools to analyze quality issues, such as 8D,SPC,MSA, FMEA.
能運用質量管理工具進行質量問題分析,如8D,SPC,MSA,FMEA等進行分析；
2. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
開發(fā)制定質量相關的檢驗、測試、評估標準和方法
3. Monitors and enforces quality system.
監(jiān)督和優(yōu)化質量體系
4. Gathers data and performs problem solving to control and improve the quality of the production processes.
收集數(shù)據和解決相關問題從而提高生產質量過程
5. Develops and maintains control plans and operator instructions.
開發(fā)和維護控制計劃書和作業(yè)指導書
6. Participates and documents problem solving activities related to quality issues.
參與質量問題的處理及分析歸檔
7. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devised methods to assess responsibility.
開發(fā)并執(zhí)行不良品處理程序
8. Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulation data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
指導作業(yè)員評估材料、產品、過程的質量和可靠性
9. Interfaces with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer, or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related problems.
協(xié)同采購、工程、生產與客戶一起處理質量問題
10. Provides computerized status report describing progress and concerns related to inspection activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the process, material, or product.
將過程、材料、產品質量管控的檢驗記錄和不合格記錄，生成電子文件并進行歸檔
11. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
編寫培訓材料，指導并培訓檢驗員完成質量檢驗工作
12. Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processed, materials, and products.
對新開發(fā)的產品測試檢驗的方法和最新代碼進行定期更新和維護
13. Other task as assigned by the Quality Manager.
質量經理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
誠信，誠實，并具備良好的溝通技巧;
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
學習能力強，良好的英語表達能力，熟悉辦公系統(tǒng);
3. Can work in high pressure;
能夠成熟處理工作中產生的壓力;

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Engineering with 3 yeas related experience.
工程相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，3年相關工作經驗;
2. Knowledge of automotive quality system TS16949
了解TS16949汽車質量體系
3. Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.
優(yōu)秀的團隊工作精神及溝通能力
4. Rich skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA.
擁有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA五大工具技能
5. Good English both in writing and reading is a must
良好的英語讀寫能力
6. Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
懂6 sigma相關知識者優(yōu)先
