Main Purpose of the Job:- Assisting Country HR Manager in providing generalist HR service to specific client group, ensuring that HR support is provided proactively in line with business requirements, company policy and supported by our HR Centres of Excellence.- Support Country HR Manager in all change initiatives from a number of key projects including the Business Blueprint which encompasses but is not limited to compensation and benefits harmonization, HR processes transformation and Oracle implementation.協助華東區人力資源經理支持重點項目,包括但不限于Business Blueprint、薪酬福利整合、人力資源流程變更以及Oracle上線等項目- Responsible for providing support and assistance to the employees on HR related matters.向員工提供人力資源服務和支持Job Description (Key Responsibilities):C&B Working as the key compensation and benefits member in Regional Centre of Expertise together with Asia C&B Head and China HR Operation team for all the compensation and benefits issues in Asia and China. Manage the job evaluation/ job mapping project across China in conjunction with Global Compensation and Benefits team. Formulate Asia reward model by harmonizing reward strategy of all the operating companies across China. Conduct annual C&B market survey and analysis. Review and update salary structure base on the trend of market and business needs. Prepare proposals at right timing on salary increase and bonus payout, based on business performance result. Responsible for relocation plan of secondee/expatriate. Work with consulting firm on PRC IIT reporting and IIT related issues. Responsible for implementation of all benefit programme. Provide assistance to China HR payroll team. Harmonize and revamp China HR policies that best suit business needs. Ensure compliance of all C&B related policies and guidelines, based on local governing regulations. Manage C&B related service suppliers. Support Global HRIS implementation. Identifying opportunities for business improvement, designing and delivering new approaches and providing specialist support and advice to the business.Learning & Development: Successful delivery of the L&D stream in China. Responsible for supporting & managing L&D activities related to an acquisition. As single point of contact and coordination for all L&D activities in China. Manages the gathering, analysis, planning, implementation and on-going support of L&D activities in China. Consistently and effectively applies ARCADIS best practices to complete all people related activities. Develop and manage the L&D aspects of the HR project plan in a way that consistently achieves program/project objectives, making changes to the plan where necessary. Evaluate L&D interventions and adjust as necessary. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth delivery of integration Collaborates with key parts of the business and stakeholders to determine learning needs. Work with different functions to design and develop relevant learning activities. Delivery of some workshops. Other activities to aid people’s learning & development.Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours) : Recognised Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. 8+ years’ compensation & benefits experience working in an international organization. Experience in merger & acquisition will be a plus. Good attention to detail. Independent, proactive and a good team player. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change, prioritise and work effectively in a fluid, complex organisation. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Cultural awareness and understanding. Comfortable with meeting, advising and influencing all levels of senior management
